i think the esteemed government of qatar is really seriuos about abolishing soon the unpleasant and harmful NOC regulations which prevented the workers to work in another company when he leaves or made redundant in his company, at the same time it prohibited the country to make use of the best professional, and experiened engineers and projest managers. and this abolisment will serve the countrys increasing projects and its increasing promotion, progress, and development

this is not right now ammended coz my company is still holding my passport in there hands , i mean all the employees passport is with them and now they creating a new contract for 4 years and they are compelling to sign for that contract here its pure slavery

I was 4 years working in a big private company in Qatar since 2007 to 2012 but my company still imposed a two year ban on me and my family when I decided to resign from them. I’ve got an oppurtunity in QP but they denied me an NOC without mercy despite the pain I felt.

Definitly this provision has to be changes..employers exploiting workers by threatenig this 2 years no entry…so the government has to take serious decession…to avoid this exploitation…..

we are sure the gov of qatar with all their good and wise intention will abolish this unjust noc law soon which will serve the develpment, progress , promotion and growth in the country and pave the way for the qualified people and engineers to work in any company or estabishments in qatar which needs their service without any restrictions or limitation in case they have left their job optionally or they obliged to leave for any reason or finshed their contract
